Change an upcoming payment date
You can change the due date of a scheduled payment yourself via our app or website, for more information click here. If you need assistance with moving a payment date, please reach out to us. We can’t change the date on certain payments, including those that are due in less than 24 hours, are already overdue or where the order is for travel services.
Are you experiencing financial difficulty?
Financial hardship can happen to anyone. It simply means you're having trouble keeping up with your repayments due to changes in your circumstances — big or small.
If you're finding it hard to keep up with your Clearpay payments, we’re here to listen and work with you to find a fair and manageable solution
Hardship support options
When you request financial assistance, we may be able to offer a temporary pause on payments or set up a plan where you make smaller, more manageable repayments over time.
Where we agree to a hardship solution:
- You won’t be able to use your Clearpay account to make new purchases until all outstanding amounts have been repaid.
- Once you’ve paid down your full balance, the hardship solution ends.
After completing your hardship plan:
- If you feel financially ready to use Clearpay again, please get in touch so we can consider reinstating your account. We assess reinstatement on a case-by-case basis, and approval is not guaranteed.
- If reinstated, your spend limit may be reduced.
- If you would prefer to close your account, you can do so by going to your profile in the app or website and selecting ‘Close my account’.
Here’s the steps for you to follow:
You can submit a request for financial assistance by completing our secure form or reaching out to us via Help in the app. If you would prefer to talk to someone over the phone, find out how here.
