Creating a payment arrangement has never been easier. If you need financial assistance, you can set up a payment arrangement directly through the Clearpay website in just a few minutes.
How does it work?
We’ll ask a few questions about your income and expenses, and will automatically generate a payment plan based on your financial situation. It may be useful to have a bank statement handy to provide accurate figures.
Where do I locate the form?
- Log in to your Clearpay account.
- On the right hand side, click ‘Help’, then ‘Financial Support’. Click ‘Continue’.
- You’ll be presented with a series of questions about your monthly income and expenses. Enter your information following the guidance provided.
- Once you’ve entered your information into all fields, tick the box at the bottom of the form to confirm all information you’ve provided is true, accurate, and complete. Click ‘Continue’.
- If you’re eligible to set up a payment arrangement, you’ll be presented with the option to input your start date and preferred frequency.
- If your start date meets the requirements, choose your repayment amount using the slider bar. Click 'Submit' when you're happy with the amount.
- You’ll see an on-screen confirmation and receive an email confirming your payment arrangement has been created successfully.

To create a payment arrangement that works for you, we need to understand your monthly financial situation. We'll ask you about:
