To change your phone number, follow these steps below:
Via the App:
- Log in to your account.
- Select the “My Clearpay” tab in the bottom right corner.
- Scroll down and select “Profile details” under the “Account settings” heading.
- Select the “mobile phone” field and enter in your new number.
- Enter in the verification codes that are sent to your new email address/ phone number. All done!
Via the Clearpay website:
- Log in to your account
- Click the “account” tab in the top right hand side of the page.
- Under the profile tab, click the “edit” button next to your old phone number.
- Enter in the verification codes that are sent to your new email address/ phone number. All done!

It says my phone number is already in use?
Mobile phone numbers do get reused. If you recently got this number, it is possible that the person that had it before you used Clearpay too!
Please get in touch with us and include an attachment that proves you own the number (such as a phone bill or mobile phone contract) so that we can sort this out.
