If you have deactivated your account, you can still log in to view your account details and order history. You won't be able to place any new Clearpay orders until you reactivate your account.
To reactivate your account, follow these steps below:
Via the Clearpay website:
- Log in to your account.
- Select the “account” option on the left side of the screen.
- Select “Reactivate account” which appears at the bottom under the “Your details” heading and follow the prompts. All done!
Via the Clearpay App:
- Log in to your account.
- You will see a red banner at the top of your screen notifying you that your account is deactivated. Select “Reactivate account” and follow the prompts. All done!
