At any time you would like to temporarily stop making new purchases with Clearpay, log in to your mobile app or log into your Clearpay Account via desktop.
Just make sure your account balance is at $0 before you follow the steps below (it's super easy!)
- Go to 'My profile'
- Select 'deactivate account'
- Confirm why you are closing the account
- Enter your password to confirm (we'll send you an email to confirm your account has been deactivated once complete)

Can I permanently close my Clearpay account?
