Any issues with the delivery of your order or condition of goods should be raised directly with the merchant. You can normally find a merchant’s contact details on their website. If the merchant has provided their contact details to Clearpay, this information can also be found on the order details page within your Clearpay app.
If you have a tracking number for your purchase, you can also reach out to the delivery company to check the status of your delivery or to raise a dispute.
If it has been more than 7 calendar days since the date you have placed your order and you have tried reaching out to the merchant but have received no response, you can consider raising a dispute from your app. Have a look at this article for more information on raising disputes.
