We are committed to treating customers fairly and when something doesn’t go to plan we will do everything we can to put it right. We will only ever charge a fee where a payment hasn’t been made on the due date and we always let customers know when a fee is going to be charged to offer an opportunity to bring the account up to date or take steps to either contact us to move payments via the app or our customers services team.
If you have experienced a situation where you have returned all items on any Clearpay order within 14 days of receiving these items and the refund you received took up to 21 working days to be refunded by the merchant resulting in a late fee being added to your payment, we would like to hear from you.
