All Clearpay users have their ID verified. However, for most this will be done automatically when they sign-up or place an order, without requiring any further information.
For a small group of customers we can’t immediately verify through this process, we will need additional information.
You can help verify your identity by providing us with details of your Driver’s Licence and your Passport.
If you don’t have a Driver’s Licence or Passport you can contact us here and provide alternative forms of identity verification including your Birth Certificate or Government ID Card.
If you are one of our lovely friends from overseas, please send us a copy of your passport profile page, visa page, ID card, and proof of address via a bank statement, bill or some other government document like a tax form or council tax bill.
