You have been charged a late fee because you missed one of your scheduled payments.
As set out in our Terms of Service, if you do not pay for an installment on or before its due date, an initial £6 late fee will apply. A further £6 late fee will apply if a payment is still unpaid 7 days after the due date. Late fees are capped. For each order below £24, a maximum £6 late fee may be applied per order. For each order of £24 or above, the total of the late fees that may be applied are capped at 25% of the order value or £36, whichever is less.

We want to get you back on track as soon as possible and we certainly don't want you getting into further financial stress. That's why if you have an overdue payment we won't let you buy anything else with us until your account is brought up-to-date.
