Clearpay does not charge a fee to shoppers when purchasing. The only fees applied to a shoppers account are late fees if your scheduled payments are unsuccessfully processed, and, after being notified, you do not log in to your Clearpay account to make your payment(s) via a different method.
If payment is not made on the due date outlined on your payment schedule, a late fee of £6 is applied. If payment still hasn't been made within 7 days, an additional £6 will be added.
Our late fees are capped at £24 or 25% of the order value, whichever is less!
